Our Refund Promise

Our refund policy is built on a simple promise: if you are not happy, we will make it right. This page explains how refunds work at MUNESA, so you always know exactly what to expect.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged cannot be refunded.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are always issued to your original payment method. We are unable to refund to a different card or account. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and process the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Processing Times

From the moment we approve your refund, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Banks and card providers vary, and some take longer to display the credit -- this is outside our control. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us and we will provide a refund reference to trace with your provider.

Partial Refunds

In some cases a partial refund may apply -- for example where an item shows signs of use, is missing parts, or is returned after the 30-day window. We will always explain the reason before processing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider, as processing time is often the cause. If you have done this and still see nothing, email us at support@munesa.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it is treated as a standard return. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Sale Items

Sale items follow the same refund policy as full-price items unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
